Each package must be purshased in-full ahead of time and must be redeemed within six-months from the date of purchase.
Membership includes one Corrective Facial at $80 (a savings of $25) per month. It also includes a 10% discount off Treatment Add-Ons and retail products. Each payment is auto-debited from your credit card on file, billed on the first of each month. Contract requires a 12-month minimum commitment that auto-renews month-to-month after the initial commitment. 30-day written notice of cancellation is required thereafter. Unused treatments will rollover to the next month; but, not past the 12-month period.
